4. Pricing and Taxes

• All prices displayed on greatknights.online are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).

• A GST-compliant tax invoice is issued electronically with every confirmed order.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, the price displayed at the time you place your order is the price you will pay, provided your payment is successfully captured.
• Shipping fees, if applicable, are shown separately at checkout and are not included in the product price.

5. Orders and Contract Formation

An order placed by you constitutes an offer to purchase goods at the stated price and conditions. A legally binding contract is formed between you and Great Knights Fintech Private Limited only when we confirm that your payment has been successfully captured and we send you an order confirmation email containing a unique order ID (formatted as GK######). Until that confirmation is issued, we reserve the right to decline or modify your order.

6. Stock and Substitution

Great Knights offers apparel, bags, and fashion accessories sourced and stocked in varying quantities. While we endeavour to keep our inventory accurate in real time, situations may arise where a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed. In such cases:

1. We will notify you within 24 hours.
2. We will offer either a full refund to your original payment method or, where possible, a substitution of comparable style and value.
3. You are free to accept or decline any proposed substitution. We will never dispatch a substitute product without your explicit consent.

7. Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel any order for the following reasons:

• Suspected fraudulent activity or unusual purchasing patterns.
• Product being genuinely out of stock despite inventory records.
• Incorrect price or description published due to a technical error.
• Undeliverable delivery address that cannot be served by our logistics partners.
• Failure to receive payment confirmation from the payment gateway within the processing window.

In all such cases, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, along with written notification of the cancellation reason.

All content on greatknights.online — including the name "Great Knights", our logo, product photographs, descriptions, and the overall look and feel of the website — is the exclusive property of Great Knights Fintech Private Limited or is licensed to us.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written permission.

9. User Content

If you submit a product review, photograph, or other content ("User Content") on our platform, you grant Great Knights Fintech Private Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, publish, and display that content. 11. Disclaimers & Product Variations

Great Knights sources apparel, bags, and accessories from multiple vendors. Minor variations in colour, shade, texture, and dimensions may exist between product photographs and the actual item received. Minor variations of up to 5% from stated measurements are considered within acceptable tolerance.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Great Knights Fintech Private Limited's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chandigarh, India.
