1. 7-Day Return Window
Great Knights offers a 7-day doorstep return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
2. Refund Processing
Prepaid orders paid via Razorpay will be refunded to the original payment method within 48 hours of return inspection. COD orders will be refunded via UPI or direct bank transfer.
